I want to cancel my subscription. What should I do?

Cancel your monthly plan

To cancel or downgrade your monthly plan, click your Listly account, then click on Billing Dashboard > Unsubscribe. The downgrade will not go into effect until the end of the paid period. For instance, if on May 22 you cancel your monthly subscription that was meant to renew on May 30, you will still have access to paid features until May 30.

Cancel your annual plan

If you're on the annual plan, please email us at hello@listly.io with your Listly account and refund/cancellation details. The Listly team will help you cancel your plan and get a refund if you're eligible. For more details about cancellation and refunds, please see here.


Note: Deleting your account does not necessarily mean cancelling your subscription. To request a refund for the plan you've subscribed, make sure to cancel your plan first and delete your Listly account.
